Dr. Abrar Al-Shaer is the owner and clinical dietitian of Nourish Women Nutrition, a women's health functional & integrative nutrition practice. In her practice, she's helped many women with their hormone health challenges which include PCOS, dysmenorrhea, infertility, prenatal/ postpartum care, endometriosis, perimenopause/menopause, and more. Dr. Abrar received her PhD in nutrition from UNC Chapel Hill where she specialized in the field of nutritional immunology. As a PhD scientist and National Science Foundation research fellow, she led and published more than a dozen peer-reviewed research studies in the fields of inflammation and precision nutrition medicine. She is also trained as a nutrigenetics analyst and counselor by the UNC Nutrition Research Institute. Dr. Abrar also received thorough training in the areas of botanical and functional medicine with over 300 CDR-approved CEUs in functional and botanical medicine for women's health. With her interdisciplinary experience, she takes an integrative approach to gynecologic care utilizing herbal medicines and nutraceuticals to improve her patients' outcomes.

Elyse Krawtz is a principal nutrition consultant and owner of 1031 Everyday Wellness Solutions, LLC. She leverages her integrative approach and expertise in gastroenterological nutrition, immunology, and weight management as a nutrition science communicator and consultant. Elyse completed her B.S. in Nutritional Sciences at Pepperdine University, dietetic internship at Emory, and M.S. in Interdisciplinary studies in Biomedical Sciences and Entrepreneurship at Georgia State University. Her passion for immunology comes from translational immunology laboratory research, clinical practice, and personal experience with T-cell-mediated autoimmune diseases and food sensitivities.
