Anne has 15 years leadership experience, including healthcare foodservice and clinical nutrition leadership.  She is currently the Executive Director of Food and Nutrition Services for Baptist Health (KY), a 9-hospital healthcare system based in Louisville, Kentucky. Baptist Health has over 400 points of care in Kentucky, Southern Indiana, Illinois and Tennessee.

Anne first joined the Baptist Health healthcare system as a hospital-based Patient Services and Clinical Nutrition Manager. Soon after, her role was modified to include FNS strategic planning and project management. Her major projects with Baptist Health (KY) include:

  • the development, branding, and implementation of made-to-order room service and hybrid room service solutions for patient meal service;
  • implementation of an inpatient malnutrition identification and diagnosis program; and
  • transitioning contract-managed food service operations to self-operated.

Anne earned a bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Iowa, and later earned her master’s degree in Dietetics from Indiana State University’s coordinated program.

She and her husband have been renovating their 120-year old Victorian home since 2020. Unfortunately, their dog Wilbur is not much help.

Dan Roseman is a Senior Solutions Consultant at TiER1 Performance Solutions, specializing in designing and implementing change management and organizational effectiveness solutions for commercial clients across various industries. Additionally, Dan holds the rank of Commander in the US Navy Reserves and currently supports Submarine Group 7, which is based in Yokosuka, Japan.

Before joining TiER1, Dan was a consultant in Deloitte's federal government practice at Deloitte Consulting. His earlier career included active duty as a Surface Warfare Officer in the US Navy, during which he served on the USS Mobile Bay and USS McInerney. In 2019-2020, he was recalled to active duty for deployment to Kabul Afghanistan. Dan holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Miami University. Dan and his wife Bridget have a busy household of 5 girls, ages 7.5 years to 5 months.
