Stephanie Notaras is an Accredited Practising Dietitian from Australia. She specialises in renal nutrition and has a Masters in Counselling. She has tailor-made a counselling framework specific to dietitians, that has been evaluated and published. Stephanie teaches this framework to dietitians globally to help them improve client engagement, results and retention. She is also involved in research on assessing and improving dietitians' counselling skills and is undertaking a PhD on the impact of dietetic intervention on CKD progression.
