Her goal is to empower people to properly fuel and nourish their bodies to live happy, healthy lives and prevent many chronic illnesses. "Healthy Alternatives, Infinite Possibilities!" is her motto and she enjoys helping my clients cultivate a joyful relationship with food and learn how to adapt and thrive on their health journey. She wants to empower her clients with the knowledge to know how foods impact their body and their health and how they can make realistic and sustainable changes to live healthy lives and feel their very best.

Edith is based in Los Angeles, California, where she lives with her husband and two daughters. She enjoys spending time with her family, exploring Los Angeles, and eating her way through the city.
