• An Instructor's Resource Manual provides practical advice for implementing The Complete Recipe Writing Guide in a dedicated course or across the curriculum for undergraduate or graduate level classes, such as in courses covering culinary nutrition, introductory or experimental foods, cultural foods, and more. The Resource Manual is divided into 10 chapters that mirror the layout of the textbook. Each chapter contains learning objectives, quiz questions, discussion prompts, and ideas for hands-on activities. The Resource Manual also includes several projects/multichapter assignments along with grading rubrics. Suggested competencies for the activities and projects are provided.
