Lisa Abbay, MBA, RDN, LDN, FAND, is currently the Head/Vice President of Talent Acquisition for Powerback Rehab. Prior to joining Powerback, she spent the last 18 years with Compass Group, as the Director of Talent Acquisition. Prior to moving into talent, she spent many years in food service operations and clinical as a Regional Director of Operations and Regional Clinical Nutrition Manager.
Lisa was recently selected to serve as the Director of House of Delegates for the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics. Lisa most recently served as President of the Tennessee Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and was able to be a part of the dietitian compact being passed in Tennessee. Lisa has also served on the Academy’s Council on Future Practice and a Commissioner for the Commission on Dietetic Registration. In 2019, Lisa received the Outstanding Dietitian of the Year Award for Tennessee and Memphis.

Natalie Filippone, MS, RD, LDN, is a registered dietitian and Talent Acquisition Leader based in Blue Bell, Pa. She began her career in healthcare recruiting before earning her master's degree from Drexel University. After completing her dietetic internship with Aramark in 2016, she gained experience as a contractor & per diem RD in corporate wellness, retail, acute care, behavioral health, and senior living. She was a regularly featured guest RD on 6abc FYI Philly's Alessi in the Kitchen, preparing easy, budget-friendly recipes.
Natalie transitioned back into Talent Acquisition in 2019, spending over five years as an RD recruiter with Sodexo before joining Foodsmart in January 2024 as Lead Clinical Recruiter, where she sources top talent for the leading telehealth and foodcare solution. Passionate about mentorship, she serves as a board member for Komplete Dietetic Business Internship, an RD mentor with RD2Be, and manages a monthly LinkedIn newsletter, Dietitian Job Trends. In her free time, she enjoys vacationing in Cape May, N.J., with her husband and three children.

Sheetal Parikh, MS, RDN, LDN, FAND, holds two bachelor of science degrees and one master's in Dietetics and Nutrition. She has a unique experience of transition in her career from India to the USA. She brings her experience and skills to nutrition by blending Eastern and Western cultures. She specializes in plant-based nutrition, has been a vegetarian all her life, and promotes vegetarianism and its health benefits with a holistic approach and diverse perspective.
She gives back to the profession by volunteering within Academy's Vegetarian Nutrition Dietetic Practice Group, IND MIG, Florida Academy affiliate, CDR and various other organizations. At present she works as a corporate malnutrition program manager for Morrison Healthcare, Compass Group (North America). She also counsels patients and clients privately on the importance and advantages of eating plant-based foods for their health and the Earth's well-being. She is a national speaker, culinary demonstrator, author for peer reviewed articles and truly believes in "You are what you Eat."

Nikki Putnam Badding, MS, RDN, LDN, is an agri-food and nutrition consultant based in Austin, Texas. As the principal of Putnam Badding Consulting, she offers strategic expertise in sustainable agriculture and human nutrition solutions, and product development and commercialization within the agri-food and nutraceutical sectors. Previously, Nikki founded and served as the managing director of a direct-to-consumer nutraceutical business. Her experience also includes a role as the global director of human nutrition initiatives at a leading agri-food multinational and a retail dietitian.
She earned her bachelor's degree and completed her dietetic internship at Iowa State University, followed by a master's degree in nutritional science from the University of Kentucky. Additionally, she completed a mini-MBA in agri-food business at University College Dublin in Ireland. An active member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, Nikki serves as an Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access (IDEA) Liaison and sits on the Academy's Foundation Scholarship Committee.
